My interest in Petz goes in cycles and it's been nearly a year since I last was super into it so I'm due for a new breed!
I used this generator I made to get inspiration. It randomly chooses different traits for you to breed into your project. I forget what the rest were, but it generated "Desert lynx ears, persian head, persian body" so I set off to work on that. Once I had that done, I thought about doing the other body parts it suggested but other breeds' legs do NOT look good on a persian body so I decided to just make a persian with lynx ears. Then I decided I also wanted a lynx tail but that just wouldn't breed true so I switched to a japanese bobtail tail.
And now we have these!
I think it's little round tailless butt is so cute lol.
I don't have a name for the breed yet and I know it's very simple compared to some other projects I've done, but I think they're pretty charming. It was a lot of work for how simple they look lol.
